London Dungeon Vengeance 5D ride.

So, I was in London the other day and a friend of mine fancied going to The London Dungeon to try out the new Vengeance ride.

We were quite torn between the London Dungeon and The London Bridge Experience as they are both close to each other, and both looking equally as scary.

The London bridge Experience is more of a actor thing, with people in costumes jumping out on you, whereas The London Dungeon has that and some rides thrown in too.
Either way, both were expensive and had quite long queues.

In the end we opted for the Dungeon based on two things. One, that it has been around longer, and two because after a bit of surfing, I found an interesting article about Halloween 2011 and The London Dungeon Vengeance 5D ride. All on a site called Halloweenerrific.
It won some kind of award on the site, so I felt that it was probably worth checking out.

I wasn't disappointed. The whole thing was great fun. Once we had gotten past the queues, the atmosphere inside was spooky and great.
The actors were surprisingly good and seemed to be really enjoying playing up for the audience.

Best of all, the boat ride, Extremis and Vengeance 5D were all awesome. I don't know how they manage to fit so much into such a small space!

I would recommend the place to anyone (except small kids as it is quite scary at times).

I can totally see why The London Dungeon and Vengeance 5D will be big for Halloween this year!
